RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Taha Chelsea, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your garments, we are here to help.

WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER REQUIRED TO DO?

Any discrepancies, damages, or return requests must be reported to Taha Chelsea within 14 days from the receipt of your order.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Our Fault (Damaged/Incorrect Items): If the garment is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent, we will arrange for a full return and refund (including postage).

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, we will refund the cost of the product, but the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Important Garment Condition Requirements:

  • All garments must be returned in their original shipping packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a re-saleable condition.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or any undisclosed damage.

WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME IN WHICH YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

You must notify us and dispatch your return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

WHEN CAN THE CUSTOMER EXPECT A REFUND?

As soon as we receive your returned garment and verify its condition, your refund will be processed right away. Please allow a few business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing times.
